Systems has the capability to refurbish any manufacturer's casing on
your site. CFS also has the in shop capacity to handle up to a 50 ton
per component size casing. Our Quality Control assures your work is
finished according to your drawings and quality specifications. Also,
why remove your casing? CFS can machine any surface in place. We can
repair worn, eroded, or warped fits and provide a true line bore. We can
repair fits by over sizing, install wear resistant liners or weld
overlay to provide a good as new surface. And when it comes to your new
OEM casing, we'll face, bore, and drill a bolt hole pattern on the
intake and discharge flanges as well as machine the horizontal joint
split line and drill the holes for bolting the halves together.
